By accessing or using Find Home Nepal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Find Home Nepal is an online platform that connects students seeking accommodation with landlords who have properties available for rent. Our Service allows landlords to list their properties and students to search for and inquire about these properties.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms

5. Property Listings

Landlords are responsible for ensuring that all property listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Find Home Nepal reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our Service or users.

Find Home Nepal does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in property listings. Users are encouraged to verify all information before entering into any agreements.

6. Rental Agreements

Find Home Nepal is not a party to any rental agreement between landlords and tenants. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of properties listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of landlords to rent properties or of students to pay for them.

Any agreement between a landlord and a tenant is solely between those parties. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding rental agreements, deposits, and tenant rights.

7. Fees and Payments

Find Home Nepal may charge fees for certain services, such as premium listings for landlords. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time.

Find Home Nepal does not process rent payments between landlords and tenants. Any payment arrangements are made directly between these parties, and Find Home Nepal is not responsible for any payment disputes.
